Use the app to lodge a service request or complaint by selecting “Service”, choosing the “+” option, entering or selecting your GPS/address, selecting the location, choosing a service type and complaint type, and providing details (and an optional photo).
Register in the Collab Citizen App as a Burger by providing your personal details and agreeing to the terms and conditions, after which you can use the app’s functions.
After your complaint is processed and you receive a completion notification, you will be given the opportunity to evaluate how effective the complaints were handled, which helps the municipality monitor service quality and improve strategies.
After submitting, use the “Service Request” section and “My List” to follow the status of your complaint or service request using the unique complaint number you receive.
Citizens can log a service request or complaint in the app by selecting Service, choosing the + sign, entering/selecting an address (GPS or manual), selecting service type and complaint type, providing details (and a picture if available), and submitting. After submission, they receive a unique complaint number.

Once the municipality processes a submitted complaint, the citizen receives a notification confirming completion and is given the opportunity to evaluate how effectively the complaint was addressed.
After a complaint/service request is submitted, citizens can track its status in the app by going to the 'Service Request' section and selecting 'My List'.
Residents can download the Collab Citizen App to access news and notifications, report and track service requests, and access emergency contacts, as a replacement for the former Link App for submitting complaints.
