You can submit written comments, objections and/or representations about the proposed consent use to allow development of two additional dwelling units on Portion 91 of the farm The Potteberg Estates No 516, Swellendam Rd. Submissions must be directed to the Municipal Manager and received by no later than 23 June 2026.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments / objections and/or representations with regards to the proposal in terms of Section 50 of said legislation, to be directed to the Municipal Manager, PO.
