Step 1
We collect records from government and public-sector portals, feeds, pages and documents — not rumours, forwarded messages or private resellers.
Step 2
We retain the source reference and normalize fields such as the title, reference and closing date. Automated checks can still miss something, so every detail page includes a problem-reporting path.
Step 3
When captured, an opportunity shows its official source or Govermate archive copy and the date the source was collected or checked.
Step 4
If a source becomes unavailable or evidence is incomplete, Govermate labels that state instead of presenting the record as freshly verified. Re-check the issuing body before acting.

Listings show the available source or archive evidence and a collected or checked date when recorded. We do not claim to capture absolutely everything, and unavailable evidence is labelled plainly.
