Submit a service request or complaint via the app
Citizens can log a service request or complaint in the app by selecting Service, choosing the + sign, entering/selecting an address (GPS or manual), selecting service type and complaint type, providing details (and a picture if available), and submitting. Citizens can register in the Collab Citizen App by providing their personal details and agreeing to the terms and conditions, after which they can begin using the app’s features.
