Sasria makes guidance available to NMI’s and auditors for completing audit reports and annexures, including the required fields, manual and automated columns, formatting, reconciliation, reversals and adjustments, and external-auditor checks.

Sasria makes an extension available for reasonable security, preventative and property-protection costs incurred to prevent imminent loss caused by a Sasria-related peril. It is available only with the Material damage and Contract works sections and is capped at R10 000 000 in total annual aggregate without reinstatement after a claim.

- Purchase the extension with the Material damage or Contract works section through Sasria. If cover above R10 million is needed, purchase the base R10 million from Sasria and any additional cover in the open market; ground-up market cover requires express written permission from Sasria. Sasria makes available guidance for NMI’s and auditors completing audit reports and annexures, including data-entry, formula, reconciliation, reversal and adjustment instructions.

Sasria provides a domestic fire insurance rate for qualifying domestic risks of 0.000363% per month or 0.00363% per year.
