Event organisers can enquire about holding an event at the CTICC, receive a quotation, submit a booking request and confirm the booking by signing the contract and paying the required deposit. Short-notice events may also be accommodated subject to the CTICC’s requirements and ability to deliver the event.

- Contact the CTICC to provide event requirements and receive a quotation from a Sales Executive. Submit a request based on the quotation, then sign the Contract of Hire and pay the required deposit. Provide the required final attendance, equipment and service information in writing before the event.
Visitors can use the CovidScreen app to complete daily Covid-19 symptom and exposure screening before arriving at the facility or at the entrance using Wi-Fi or a provided tablet. A green confirmation and temperature check allow entry, while an orange confirmation triggers further guidance.
