Agent Company users can apply for access to the Customer Web Portal (CWP) by registering through the Sasria Rates Calculator. If approved, you receive an approval email with a secure link to set your password and then log in to CWP; if declined, you can correct issues and resubmit.

- Log in to the Sasria Rates Calculator, select the Register for CWP option, complete the registration form, and submit the request; then follow the secure link in the approval email to set and confirm your password and log in to CWP.
If you have an approved quote in the Sasria Rates Calculator, you can convert it into a coupon through the Customer Web Portal. The system redirects you to CWP, auto-populates risk information, and after you review details and submit, you can download the issued coupon in PDF format.

- In the Sasria Rates Calculator, open the approved quote and select the option to convert it into a coupon; review and complete mandatory fields in CWP, submit the issuance request, then download the issued coupon in PDF format (via Manage Coupons > Create Coupon).
