GEMS members can file their tax returns for the 2026 tax season using a tax certificate that summarises healthcare expenditure and includes claims paid and contributions received for the period 01 March 2025 to 28 February 2026. If you have not received the certificate by email, you may request and get it using the USSD, IVR, or the GEMS Member App or Portal.
