Parents or guardians can authorize BenHale Academy staff to administer prescribed or over-the-counter medication to their child during school hours by signing this consent form. The medication must be in its original child-proof container with correct labels, and parents must provide a marked measuring device if it's liquid. Parents must also inform the school if their child has taken medication before arriving or if they need medication during school time.

Parents are encouraged to consider purchasing an extended warranty for their child's laptop, especially for Dell models which are recommended for reliability and support.

Parents must provide a tablet for their child in grades R–6. The tablet must be 10.1 inches, have at least 32GB storage, Wi-Fi connectivity, and come with a protective case. An optional stylus or Bluetooth keyboard may be used.

Parents and guardians can purchase all required uniform items for their children at School & Leisure Boksburg. The uniform includes specific clothing items such as embroidered shirts, tracksuits, shoes, socks, caps, and optional or grade-specific items like the Matric jacket for Grade 12. All items are available for purchase directly from the supplier.

Parents can order their child's textbooks and stationery through a QR code or online link provided in the admissions guide. The items include exercise books, book labels, plastic covers, wrapping paper, A4 paper, and devices required from Grade R onwards. Delivery options are available to home or school.

Parents must read and sign four key school policies: Cell Phone Policy, Medication Administering Policy, Student Code of Conduct, and Academic Policy. Signed copies must be returned to the Administration office after review.

Monthly school fees are due on the 1st of each month and must be paid in advance. Payments are made via FNB bank accounts, with specific account numbers depending on the student's grade level. A reference number from the invoice is required to ensure accurate allocation.

Parents and learners can buy the required Grade 12 textbooks online through Step Ahead Stationers. The books are available with secure payment and home delivery. The list includes subjects such as Mathematics, Life Sciences, English, History, and others, each with specific titles and ISBNs.
