New learners at Amberfield College must pay a one-time registration fee of R3 700.00 upon enrollment. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of registration.
Parents or guardians can pay the annual fee in four equal quarterly instalments via debit order on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July, and 1 October 2027. A discount of approximately 3.5% is applied when payments are made upfront on these dates.
Parents or guardians can pay the full annual fee for their child's grade level by 31 January 2027 to receive a discount of approximately 5%. This option applies to all grades and is available only if paid in full by the deadline.

The uniform shop at Amberfield College is open during specified times, allowing students, parents, and guardians to purchase or collect school uniforms. Hours vary by day, with special opening on the last Saturday of each month.
Optional bags such as a satchel, trolley bag, tog bag, or lunch cooler bag are available for purchase at the uniform shop. These are not mandatory but may be used by learners for carrying school supplies or food.
