A published fee table setting the hourly and daily (10-hour) tariff the WRC pays senior legal practitioners, graded by the number of years the practitioner has been silk, starting at R2 000.00 per hour for 0-1 years as silk and rising to R6 400.00 per hour for 44-45 years as silk. The fees exclude VAT, disbursements and other related expenses.
