Learners are dismissed earlier during Ramadaan, starting Thursday 23/03/2023. Foundation phase learners have adjusted dismissal times from Monday to Friday.

Learners will receive their reports on Friday 14 April 2023 following the end of Term 1 assessments.

A learner who misses a test or exam without a valid reason can have their mark reassessed if they submit a doctor’s letter. The new mark will be based on the learner’s average performance.

Parents and guardians can pay school fees to ensure their children's continued enrollment and access to learning materials. Payments are required to avoid disruption in the learner's education.

Learners can collect textbooks only if they have paid outstanding fees from the previous year and the books are in good condition. If books are damaged, parents must notify the office for a replacement.

Parents and guardians can purchase the correct school uniform for their learners to ensure compliance with the dress code. The uniform must include specific items such as grey, black, or white socks and black tekkies for PE.
