Buyers can purchase fresh produce from any of the six market agents by selecting items and quantities, receiving a docket, and presenting it with their buyer’s card to a terminal operator. Upon processing, they receive a produce removal note to collect the goods.
Choose the produce and quantity that you want to purchase from any of our six market agents. Approach a salesperson with your request, you will then be handed a docket with your request printed on it. Hand this docket together with your buying card to the official at the computer terminal on the sales floor where you selected your produce.
