Purchasing Fresh Produce at the Market
Buyers can purchase fresh produce from one of six market agents by selecting items, submitting a request to a salesperson, presenting their buyer card and docket at a computer terminal, and receiving a produce removal note to collect goods.
Choose the produce and quantity that you want to purchase from any of our six market agents. Approach a salesperson with your request, you will then be handed a docket with your request printed on it. Hand this docket together with your buying card to the official at the computer terminal on the sales floor where you selected your produce. Your sale will be processed and you will be issued with a produce removal note with your name printed on it.
