School diaries are available for purchase at R50 each, starting 11th January 2016. These diaries are required for all learners and are used for recording school activities and assignments.
Class placements for the new term will be finalized, with boys and girls separated from Grades 7 to 9. Learners in the Intermediate Phase will move to Campus 3 in January 2016.

A monthly programme open to males and females in the community to refresh their knowledge of Islām. It is supervised by the APAX Islamiyāt department and includes a 45-minute session with a 10-minute question and answer period.
The tuckshops at APAX will be outsourced and operational starting 1 February 2015. This means new management and possibly new offerings will begin from that date.
Learners can register for extra-mural activities that have no cost. Registration takes place during the first lesson, which begins on 19th January. Activities include Table Tennis, Art, Eco Club, Tennis, Charity Club, Cross Country, Book Club, and more.
