Students may leave earlier than the scheduled school transport, but must pay an early departure fee. Teachers/drivers are not available before 13:30 on the last day of term.
If students require transport to or from Port Elizabeth outside the scheduled times, a fee of R450 per trip will be charged.
Boarding students may use school-provided transport to travel to and from the airport or bus terminal only at the beginning and end of each term. The school provides shuttle services during designated times on specific days.
Parents must submit required documents for international travel for students under 18, including a birth certificate, parental consent form, passport, itinerary, and school letters.
Students with connecting flights must stay overnight at school on the last day of term and travel home the next day. School transport departs at 06:00 and 09:00.
Parents of Pre-Primary and Foundation Phase/Prep pupils can request early morning bus services on a case-by-case basis. This is subject to availability and requires direct contact with the school.
Woodridge College provides daily bus transport for day scholars from various locations in and around Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage, Jeffreys Bay, Patensie, Hankey, Humansdorp, St Francis Bay, and Cape St Francis. Pick-up and drop-off points are specified for each area.
