A three-year contract for a PSIRA-registered security company to provide regular security services at Iziko’s main sites: Iziko SA Museum and Planetarium, Iziko SA National Gallery and Annexe, and Iziko Rust & Vreugd. Services may also be required on an ad hoc basis at other Iziko sites.

- Submit a formal bid including a cover letter, company profile, PSIRA registration, pricing structure, B-BBEE certificate, CSD report, and employment documentation in the specified order.
A PSIRA-registered security company may apply to provide regular security services for three years at Iziko’s main museum sites: Iziko SA Museum and Planetarium, Iziko SA National Gallery and Annexe, and Iziko Rust & Vreugd. The contract may also include ad hoc security services at other Iziko sites as needed.

Insurance companies or brokers can apply to provide comprehensive short-term insurance cover for Iziko Museums of South Africa for a period of 60 months. The cover includes property theft, accidental damage, natural causes, operational and business risks, public liability, directors and officers liability, fire, money in transit, vehicle coverage with roadside assistance, and other requested risks. It also includes coverage for all movable and immovable assets, such as museum collections, office equipment, vehicles, and furniture, as well as SASRIA cover and monthly claims reporting.
