If another party’s document does not comply with the confidential/non-confidential rules and that deficiency affects your ability to make meaningful representations, you must submit the deficiency details and reasons in writing forthwith, and no later than 14 days before your submission due date.

- Submit in writing to the Commission the details of the deficiency and the reasons why your rights are affected, forthwith and at the latest 14 days before your submission due date.
If you submit information to ITAC in connection with customs tariff applications and consider it confidential, you must also submit a non-confidential version at the same time, including omissions, reasons, and a summary so other interested parties can understand the substance.
