Remedial education is offered by qualified teacher Mrs Crystle Swanepoel and her team during school and after school hours. It is not included in school fees and is available as an added service on the premises.

Weekly visits by pastors from the Word of Faith Christian Centre provide spiritual guidance and emotional support to learners. Pastor Desmond Lepson visits Grades 1–7, and Pastor Micaela Chetty visits Grades 8–12 with Bible College students.

Learners at Willow Academy will receive access to the Omang device, a closed-ecosystem tablet that blocks social media and unrestricted browsing to help maintain focus during study. The device includes a personalised AI companion that tracks academic progress and offers tailored guidance across subjects.
