The William Humphreys Art Gallery hires out its venues for conferences, seminars, meetings and intimate concerts. Spaces include the Auditorium (101 seats, up to 130 with extra chairs), the Exhibition Wing (120 seats), the Large Dutch Wing (up to 30 people) and the Small Dutch Wing (up to 20 people). Sessions cost R1200 for a morning (8am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-4pm), R2000 for an evening (4pm-8pm) and R1500 for a full day (8am-4pm). A moveable stage costs R350, a data projector R400, car guards R150 per guard, and afterhours use is charged per attendant per hour at R130 on weekdays and R180 on weekends and public holidays. Chairs, tables with tablecloths, white boards, an overhead projector, sound equipment and flip charts with pens and water are available on request.
