A specialist consulting firm is appointed to prepare an integrated bridging study or masterplan for the Mzimvubu Water Project. The study must develop a funded and prioritised pipeline of bulk and reticulation water services infrastructure projects with a detailed implementation plan for “source to tap” planning from Ntabelanga Dam to potable water distribution to households, and must close gaps identified by National Treasury’s BFI-1712 and the DWS Reconfiguration Report.
