An application form is available for applicants and companies to describe their business, product or service, finances, market position and intellectual property, and to provide the required supporting documents. Additional requirements are listed for animation and gaming projects.

- The applicant must provide a BB-BEE Affidavit.; The applicant must be a registered South African business and provide proof of registration.

- Complete the application form, answer the applicant, company, product/service, financial, market, competitive-advantage and intellectual-property questions, and attach the required documents. Animation and gaming applicants should also provide the relevant additional information and supporting documents requested in the form.
Applicants can complete this form to provide information about themselves and their company, describe their products or services and funding position, and state what support they expect from the relevant TIH business incubator.
