Residents and visitors may pay to use public swimming pools operated by the municipality. Fees are set in the tariff schedule.

Applicants can upload necessary supporting documents for their event application by selecting the relevant document from their library and submitting it via the portal. Multiple documents can be uploaded using the yellow folder option.

- Click on the action button next to your event, then click the action button (…) next to the document to upload, select 'Add Document', browse your library, select the file, and click 'Submit'. For multiple files, use the yellow folder to upload each one.
Individuals or organisations can apply to host an event through the Western Cape Events Portal by completing all required fields across multiple tabs and submitting the application. If any mandatory fields are missing, they will be highlighted in red.

- Go to https://westerncape.collaboratoronline.com, type 'Events Company' in the white block, click the action button, and select 'Register Application to Host an Event'. Complete all fields across tabs (a-j), ensure no mandatory fields are highlighted in red, and click 'Submit'.
Applicants can modify their submitted event application by selecting the application name and choosing the 'Edit Application to Host an Event' option from the action menu.

- Click on the Event application Name you want to Edit, then click the action button (…) and select 'Edit Application to Host an Event'.
Applicants can remove their event application from the system by marking it as deleted through the portal interface.

- Click on the Event application Name you want to Delete, click the action button (…), select 'Delete Event Application', tick the 'Deleted' box, and submit.
The public can stay at the Yzerfontein Woonwapark campsite by arriving after 12:00 and checking in during office hours. A R100 cash deposit is required for the gate disc and/or key to access the site. The site allows one caravan, mobile home, or tent per site, with a maximum of six people and two vehicles. Visitors are allowed but must be pre-arranged and leave before 22:00.
