Free personal counselling and therapeutic support is available to all students at Ekurhuleni East TVET College. Sessions are conducted by trained social workers and last between 45 minutes and an hour. Students can self-refer or be referred by lecturers or medical professionals.

Individuals who have completed relevant in-service training can apply for a diploma by submitting a certified ID copy, an N4–N6 statement of results and certificates, and an original company letter with specified content to the campus exam officer.
