A one-year-per-level NC(V) programme at NQF Levels 2–4 covering construction planning, materials, plant and equipment, masonry or plumbing, and compulsory fundamentals including English and Mathematics. It is offered at Mapulaneng Campus and Mlumati Campus.

Applicants must meet the relevant requirements: Level 2 requires Grade 9 year-end results with Mathematics passed or an NQF Level 1 qualification, plus the placement assessment; Level 3 requires NQF Level 2 in the same programme; and Level 4 requires NQF Level 3 in the same programme. The programme is available at Mapulaneng Campus or Mlumati Campus.
