Parents with unpaid school fees and no payment plan must collect their child's report from Mrs. James at the front office. This is required due to storm damage and pending restoration.

Grade 7 pupils may purchase their honour tie for R50 each from Mrs. Miller. The payment or tie must be handed directly to her, who keeps a record of all names.

Parents must submit a written letter in the morning with their child to obtain permission to pick up their child early. Calls or WhatsApp messages are not accepted.

All students and supporters could participate in the Grade 7 raffle by purchasing tickets. The raffle raised R32 216.00, which will be used to fund new school signs.

Students can participate in extra mural activities starting on 10 October 2016. These are additional school-based activities outside the regular curriculum, and details are provided in the report handouts.
