All learners at DR A.D. Lazarus Secondary School must sign a formal commitment to abide by the school's Code of Conduct, which outlines expected behaviours and disciplinary procedures. This commitment is required upon enrollment or at the start of each academic year.

Learners who disagree with a disciplinary decision may lodge an appeal using the official appeal form. This allows for a review of the decision by the Disciplinary Committee.
