A document that must be completed and submitted to register a learner for any part of the After Care Services, including the Waiting Class, Homework Club, or Holiday Club.

A supervised waiting service for learners whose parents cannot collect them by 13:00. Children are allowed to play under supervision until 14:00 and may be collected from the Aftercare area. If not collected by 14:00, they are automatically transferred to the Homework Club.
