NMB STADIUM WOMEN’S NIGHT RUN & WALK: Spring edition

A night fun run and walk for women at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, held on the last Friday of every month, with this Spring edition taking place on Friday 25 September 2026. Participants run or walk a fresh 5km route through the stadium grounds at their own pace, with pram and wheelchair friendly route options, and afterwards can enjoy food trucks and a refreshment service at the World of Windows overlooking North End Lake. Entry is R50 per person including secure parking, R30 for children aged 12 to 18, and free for children under 12.

women and anyone who wants to walk or run, of all fitness levels, including pram users and wheelchair users, with a reduced rate for children aged 12 to 18 and free entry for children under 12

Buy an entry ticket through the Webtickets link for the event before or for the night, then arrive at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Friday 25 September 2026 when the gates open at 17h00; park at Lakeside, Zone 1 and enter on Fettes Road; the fun run starts at 18h00 and you walk or run the 5km route at your own pace
