Pilot Project: Modelling the Blueprint to Improve the School Food Environment in South Africa
A national initiative funded by DUT to improve school food environments in public schools across the iLembe district of KwaZulu-Natal. The project includes interventions such as regulating tuckshop sales, promoting healthy eating campaigns, enhancing the National School Nutrition Programme, and training stakeholders like vendors and school leaders.
