Strategic Teaching and Learning Partnerships
Rhodes University collaborates with various higher education institutions and funders on initiatives aimed at improving teaching and learning, including short courses, workshops, and academic induction programmes.

Postgraduate Diplomas in Higher Education Symposium
A symposium on postgraduate diplomas in higher education will be led by CHERTL on behalf of HELTASA's Professional Development Special Interest Group. This initiative aims to advance knowledge and professional development in this area.
Over the next four years, the Centre for Higher Education Research, Teaching & Learning (CHERTL) will lead, on behalf of HELTASA’s Professional Development Special Interest Group, two cross-institutional collaborative research projects. The first is a symposium on postgraduate diplomas in higher education and a series of publications on various aspects of PG Dip programmes.
