The Development Bank of Southern Africa is seeking a qualified service provider to conduct strategic analysis on how carbon markets can be used as a blended finance tool for infrastructure projects. The selected provider will assess carbon market opportunities in selected African countries, including high-level modelling, regulatory analysis, and recommendations for commercial bank participation, with alignment to BASEL III. All analytical models and tools developed during the project must be handed over to the bank upon completion.
