Advertised vacant posts and jobs in Public Service departments

The circular carries advertisements of vacant posts and jobs in national and provincial Public Service departments. Prospective applicants submit an application on form Z83 with full particulars of their training, qualifications, competencies, knowledge and experience, quoting the vacancy reference number, to the department where the post exists.

How to act on it

Complete form Z83 (the new Z83 effective as at 01 January 2021) with full particulars, attach a CV or separate sheet if necessary, indicate the reference number of the vacancy, and forward the application to the department in which the vacancy exists so that it reaches the advertising department on or before the applicable closing date. Enquiries go to the advertising department, not to the Department of Public Service and Administration.
