One to two years’ experience in an Employee Health and Wellness environment. Knowledge of the Employee Health and Wellness Integrated Strategic Framework, all four EHW pillars and relevant legislation. Counselling, psychoeducation, trauma debriefing, communication, analytical, project management, report writing and computer skills. Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s licence.
