Voluntary Installation of Flow-Restricting Device

6. Application
Free Basic Water Allocation
Indigent households are entitled to a free basic water allocation per month, provided their property's municipal value is equal to or less than the threshold set by the Council. This includes free water up to a specified volume, after which normal tariffs apply.
2. The owners and/or occupiers of a beneficiary property shall automatically qualify for free basic services where the municipal value of the land and buildings on such property is equal to, or less than, the value determined by resolution of the Council from time to time, as reflected in the Council's tariffs.
