Annual leave entitlement
Employees are entitled to 24 days of annual leave per year if they work five days a week, or 27 days if they work six days a week. Employees must take at least 16 days (five-day workers) or 19 days (six-day workers) per leave cycle, and all leave must be taken within six months of the cycle’s end.

Leave balance communique for employees with excess leave
The Human Resources Office issues a notice every May to employees with more than 48 days of annual leave to encourage them to take their leave before it is forfeited.
