Objection to Processing of Personal Information
Individuals may submit objections to how their personal information is being processed by DBSA, as permitted under POPIA. This applies to any person whose data is held by the bank.
The PAIA Manual also includes information on the submission of objections to the processing of personal information and requests to delete or destroy personal information or records thereof in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).
