Employee ICT Termination Form
The policy provides for the termination of employee ICT access when an employee's contract ends or the employee resigns, including removal of network and other system access.

New employees can receive access to the municipality’s information services through the formal user registration process. Access is provided by ICT Unit after the required procedures are completed and begins on the individual's commencing date.
