It allows certain approved TNS PT soccer clothing to be worn instead of the regulation school uniform for after-school soccer practice and for league matches/tournaments. It also specifies that players must bring soccer boots and socks in a kit bag, may only wear boots while on the soccer field, and lists the match uniform components and where the TNS PT kit can be purchased.
