Corporate Items and Gifts for Special Programmes
WCPP Members (excluding the Executive) may request corporate items for use during special programmes. These items are procured by the Stakeholder Management and Communication Services Section and are subject to a maximum value of R6,000.00 per Member per financial year. A requisition form must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and must be correctly completed and authorised. Availability depends on stock levels.

Members will be able to obtain corporate gifts or corporate items for use during special programmes. The following guidelines will apply: 1.1 Such corporate items will be procured by the Stakeholder Management and Communication Services Section; 1.2 A catalogue of all corporate items will be maintained and updated on a monthly basis, which catalogue will be made available to Members on request; 1.3 Items will only be issued on presentation of a correctly completed and duly authorised requisition form; 1.4 Requisition forms must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the items being required;
