Municipal service agreements
Existing customers and current users of municipal services who do not have a service contract must sign an agreement as required by the Municipal Manager and within the stated compliance period.
Current consumers and users of the municipality’s services who have not entered in a service contract as envisaged above, must do so within 2 years from the date on which the by-laws to implement the present policy are published
