Password reset for supplier accounts
Suppliers who have forgotten their password can reset it by selecting the 'lost your password' link on the login page, receiving a reset email, and using the link to set a new password.
On the login webpage, select the lost your password link. You will receive a password reset email notification together with a link to set your password and you will receive a email notification after the password was reset successfully.

Upload of Geoscience Act data via supplier upload form
After logging in, suppliers can access the Supplier Upload Form to complete required fields, upload their data, and submit it only after confirming the upload shows 100%. A confirmation message and email are sent upon successful submission.
Once you have logged into https://www.geoscience.org.za/cgs/systems/publications/geoscience-act-regulations/ navigate to Supplier upload form . Complete the required fields, upload data and submit. You will receive an on-screen confirmation followed by a confirmation email for your submission.
Supplier registration on the Geoscience Act Portal
Suppliers can register on the Council for Geoscience Geoscience Act Portal by completing a registration form on the Geoscience Act Regulation webpage. Once approved, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to set their password.

Profile update for registered suppliers
Registered suppliers can update their contact details and address at any time by logging in and navigating to the Edit Profile section of the portal.
After logging in, navigate to Edit Profile and confirm that your details are accurate. You may update your contact details and address at any time.
