Submission of Bids on Open RFQs
Suppliers can submit bids on open Requests for Quotation (RFQs) listed on the Council for Geoscience website. They must upload a price schedule, SBD declarations, and any other supporting documents as required by the RFQ.

Supplier Registration on CGS e-Procurement Portal
Suppliers can register on the Council for Geoscience's e-Procurement Portal by providing their CSD MAAA number, South African company registration or ID number, banking details, ownership information, and a copy of their BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. After submission, the CGS Supply Chain Management team will review the application.
