GENERAL NOTICE: INTENTION TO CONCLUDE A WAYLEAVE A

This document is a General Notice inviting public comment on a proposed wayleave agreement. The Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) intends to conclude a wayleave for telecom lines with AGL Terminals for a five (5) year term. Comments from interested and affected parties are requested before the Authority proceeds with the proposed agreement. The notice is for the South Arm Road area at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, Western Cape, with a comment period ending on 16 July 2026 at 17:00.
