Remission of Fees for Spouse, Life Partner and Dependents Studying at Rhodes University

Remission of Fees for Staff Studying at Rhodes University
Staff in recognised university posts or outside funded posts at Rhodes University may apply for full or partial remission of fees for their studies at the university. The remission is granted annually and requires submission of a completed application form to the HR Generalist. For postgraduate diplomas in higher education (PGDHE), 100% remission is given upfront, but if the qualification is not completed (except when converted directly to a Masters), a 25% liability may apply.
A fresh application for remission of fees should be submitted on an annual basis; HoD consideration and support is important.
