Register of complaints about SCM abuse
A system must be established to record all allegations of abuse in the Supply Chain Management System, allowing for written, verbal, or anonymous reporting. The register must follow the format in Annexure A.
The system must provide for: 3.2.1 Written, verbal or anonymous reporting of the complaint.
Implementation of remedial actions against suppliers
If abuse is confirmed, the Accounting Officer must implement recommended remedial actions, such as rejecting a bid or cancelling a contract, within 14 calendar days of receiving the investigation report.
Initiate the implementation of the recommended remedial actions against the supplier within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the investigation report.
