Distribution Agency Agreements (DAAs) to improve municipal electricity distribution efficiencies

The Department has put in place Distribution Agency Agreements (DAAs) to improve efficiencies in municipalities while retaining the municipality’s responsibility, through a structured partnership between Eskom and municipalities to improve revenue collection, operational reliability, retail services and institutional capacity for local distribution assets.
