Privacy Policy

This document is a PAIA/POPIA manual (GRC MAN 1/2023, version 03) published by Governance Risk & Compliance outlining the Promotion of Access to Information Act and Protection of Personal Information Act requirements. It explains the purpose of the PAIA manual, the rights to access information, and the justifiable limitations on access such as privacy, confidentiality, and governance; it describes the process and obligation for public bodies to provide access to information and the need to compile a PAIA manual. The manual was revised as of 11 March 2025 and reflects the 4th version of the PAIA manual with updates approved by the Chief Governance Risk & Compliance Officer.
