Appeal a decision on an information request

If your request for information is refused or partially granted, you may appeal the decision. The appeal must be submitted using the IFOM 3 form and should include the original request and reasons for the appeal. Appeals must be lodged within 30 days of receiving the refusal.

How to act on it

Complete and submit the IFOM 3 form along with supporting documents to the relevant appeals authority within 30 days of the decision.

Access to records held by the Department of Agriculture, Eastern Cape Provincial Government
