Health Certificate for Barbers, Hairdressers and Beauticians
You can apply for a health certificate to operate as a barber, hairdresser, beautician, body piercer or tattooist (and to operate the relevant salon). The Environmental Health Practitioner will only issue the certificate when your premises comply with the health requirements set out in the Garden Route District Municipality By-Laws.
